Kenny was born in Boca Raton, Florida

He was a local junior star in his young years playing in many major junior tournaments including Pepsi Little Peoples, US Kids Worlds, Doral Publix, Future Masters, and AJGA HP Iinvitational 

Kenny was ranked 150 in GOLFweek as a sophmore in high school and ranked 85th by the AJGA Rankings Senior year of High School

He played college golf at Longwood University where he lettered all four years

His senior year in college, Kenny was the #2 ranked putter in NCAA and the #13 ranked Putts per greens in regulations in the NCAA

Kenny turned pro in October 2013 

He played the local mini tours and traveled the United States playing in various open championships and Monday qualifiers

During Kenny's playing days he coached part time for the Don Law Golf Academy in Boca Raton, FL.

After he stopped playing the mini tours in 2015 he then took on a new role as a fulltime coach for the Don Law Golf Academy.

He has since been responsible for coaching some of South Florida's elite junior golfers
